ds2 is 18 months and only feeds if he wont settle at night (say 1am onwards) and first thing in the morning.

I have a stinking cold and have brought lemsip to work. do you think if i had one now and one after lunch it would be ok?

The issue with lemsip is that one of the ingredients can possibly affect your supply of milk (see here for details).

However as you have been feeding for 18 months I doubt that it would have a huge impact on your supply. I would take a lemsip if I were in your position, but that's just what I would do!
