Yesterday I noticed that DS's poos have started to smell absolutely terrible. They are pretty much the same as normal (yellow, grainy) perhaps a little bit more watery/mucousy (but it could be that I'm looking for symptoms that aren't there IYKWIM). They smell so bad I can tell he's done a poo when he's in a different room! It's almost a sulphur-y smell, quite gas-like. Nothing's changed re: diet; he feeds well and is fine in himself. Haven't had much luck looking elsewhere for why it could have changed, has this happened to any one else?
