small medela personalfit breastshields

does anyone know who might have these in stock irl as i have early mastitis on the L and always had rubbish volumes expressing on that side. i went on the medela site and it looks like the problem might be the standard size breastshield is too big.
I need one asap as my baby is feeding little and often in the day due to the heat so not fully draining that side. Amazon wont deliver until Thurs and it is an online only product at mothercare.
Ideas?

Other places I thought of with real life stores are Boots, John Lewis, Kiddicare, but I couldn't see it on any of their websites so it seems less likely. Have you tried hand expressing? I never had much success until I read these BFN instructions . Have you read the Kellymom information for other measures which might help ?
