B/feeding with stomach bug - it's OK, isn't it?

Just being paranoid, I'm sure.

Have wretched bug, feel like curling up into a ball, sick, diarrhoeha (can never spell that) etc. Am b/ffeding dd lots at the moment as she's getting over a rotten cold (which I had last week) and has gone off her solids. Also cojunctivitis
Will she get the bug from me from feeding? - but not much else I can do really. My brain, which is definitely not up to pre-labour efficiency, seems to have shut down completely and I've lost the power of rational thought. Any reassurance would be appreciated !

No advice but just wanted to curl up in sympathy with you, Pook. I've got the same thing I feel MUCH better today though. The really scary high temp/sweating/goosebumps/nausea/trots/headache combo only lasted around 24/36 hours for me. Still tired and a bit rumbly in the tum but nothing major anymore. Just as well really, as DH came home from work early today with a dose of the rumblies and pebble-dashed the ensuite

No she won't get it from you. It's fine to carry on, in fact it may protect her from infection. Hope you are better soon. I had something similar but it passed in 24 hours. Ds has also had the cold and conjunctivitis, poor mite. He's still looking pale and poorly so big sympathy to you.

Thanks Aloha and WSM. Time for bed I think....

Hugs, I had very similar bug last week & fed ds through it, he's fine. Big sympathy though.

As for diarrhoea 'Dash In A Hurry, Run Or Else Accident'. Maybe save that for when your brain is back on track?
