14m DS - only bf, only little additional milk: is it enough?

Hi,
If my son is bf 3 times a day and otherwise only drinks approx. 100 - 120ml milk per day, does he get enough calcium?

Of course there are other food sources like broccoli etc. but I am specifically interested if breast milk is almost covering his RDA?

Thanks, Thali

It would be very difficult to say, I imagine, as the problem with bfing is you don't know how much milk they are taking.

If he is having milk, yoghurt and cheese, it's quite easy to meet calcium requirements, they don't actually need that much.
