9wo feeding almost every hour during day - growth spurt?

DD2 has been feeding hungrily almost every hour for the last few days, but still only waking twice at night as before. Is this a growth spurt? If not, should I be trying to make her go longer?

It could be a growth spurt or a developmental leap. If you sign upto the wonder weeks website they will send you emails about the developmental leaps just before they happen

Thank you. She seems to have relaxed a bit today so maybe it was a growth spurt. I was starting to wonder how I was going to manage if it went on for weeks!
