Advice needed - what size teat for 6 wk old?

I am about to offer my 6 wk old DS a bottle of expressed breast milk for the first time. Size 1 or 2 teat? No idea as I never did bottle feeding with my first child but am determined to persevere with this one. He's a good feeder with a strong latch, if that's of any relevance? Thank you!

Hi.

Start with size 1 and see how it goes. My DD moved to size 2 teats at about 4 weeks but she had thickened milk. with normal thickness milk she needed size 1's for a couple pf months. Much will depend on your flow how well your DS copes and how quickly he wants his milk. You could always have a variflow on standby

Good luck
