Unopened tins of prescription formula...

DS1 had SMA LF on prescription. I had severe PND and huge anxiety about pretty much anything running out of formula. As a consequence I have about 15 tins of unopened formula. He is now over 2 and not having milk anymore, obviously.
DD is 4mo, BF well and doesn't appear to have any lactose issues. The pharmacy will not accept the tins back as it's baby milk.
It just seems a dreadful waste to chuck them all away?

Put it in your local freecycle. Check the BBE date first.
