Ouch...painful lump in breast!

I noticed after expressing the other day that i have developed a painful lump in my left breast, right by my armpit. I have tried massaging it out to no avail. Help!!

Are you purely expressing or breastfeeding as well? If the latter, direct your LO's lower jaw towards the sore area. Keep massaging, and when in the shower, use the shower head directly on the area.
