How long after a feed should you wind your baby?

Hi again (spot the new Mum).

Was just wondering how long after feeding do you wind your baby and does whether they take formula/breastmilk make any difference?

Whenever my LO is finished with either whenever I wind her she tends to be sick. Not a lot each time, but several times each feed. Not necessarily with a burp either, sometimes just on it's own. It can even happen half an hour after a feed.

How long should I wait to wind her?
