Mine are rubbish and leak immediately. Disposables are expensive/wasteful..

Any recommendations??

Wee Notions, triple layer with waterproof bit in the middle

You want to choose the minky to have next to your skin.

Taking notes, as I haven't yet found any that consistently cope with my letdown on the opposite side when feeding.... However, I did find them useful later on with DS1, and I hadn't realised they get more absorbent the more times you wash them- so might be worth washing them a few more times (and no fabric conditioner!) and giving them another go?

I've never found them useful until very well established into breastfeeding (I'm very leaky for the first few months - used to put a nappy in my bra at night!).

I've got several pairs of various types going spare if anyone wants them now. PM me.

Avent and boots never leaked through either and I leak lots, the other day with 7 months old baby I leaked through five layers of clothes!

lilypads

catkind · 20/03/2013 21:52

Little lambs, I have the larger size and they're great, very comfy and no leaks.

LadyWidmerpool · 20/03/2013 21:54

Boots, very comfy and get softer with washing.

duchesse · 20/03/2013 22:04

Motherease bamboo ones. They were lovely. Soft and very absorbent. I used them for 2 years and they would still be good for another child (no chance...).

Little lambs. Large (shrink very slightly on first washing). Great/ holdup leaks well so far!

Vote for little lambs here as well.
