I'm trying to get a supply for when I'm back at work. I used to get 3oz a day which isn't much but now I can't get anything at all ? I'm also taking fenugreek. Any idea what's going on ? Could it be my supply, my DD is 7 months and has some solids.

She also hasn't had a proper feed yet as we have been busy being out and about so thought if at least get an ounce out ?

I'm not trained but normally the amount you can express is no indication of your supply.

If you are taking fenugreek I take it that you are already worried about your supply, have you spoken to a BFC?
