Recommendations for lactation cons/TT specialist in Ealing/W London area

So, after 2 posts in the last week about DS being gassy, explosive poos and dropping centiles, the MN jury has voted unanimously to recheck latch and TT.

My question is therefore the best way to go about. Is the Milk Matters website the best place to find a qualified, experienced lc that will also know about TT?

My prob is I have a boisterous toddler as well as my 9 week old, so can't really get out and about to bfing cafes, lll meetings etc. Also, don't mind paying as long as not too expensive for them to show me latch in the comfort of my own home.

So, and recommendations? And also general ideas of price.

Ann Dobson came to my home to assess my DD and after diagnosing a posterior tongue tie cut it there and then on Saturday. Total cost for the consultation and cut was £180.

She is very experienced and was recommended to me by a friend who used her a few years ago and spent a lot of time with her on other feeding issues.

Have heard excellent things about Ann Dobson, also might be worth a trip to Malcolm levinkind if there is a tie. He cuts using laser and trained with larry kotlow who is the foremost authority on revising ties.
