Since last night when my almost 8 wo feeds on one breast I feel a sharp stabbing near my nipple. There's no crack or visible blemish - it's as if there is a pain inside . I've just noticed that when I press on that breast, I can feel something hard and swollen. Could this be related to the pain? What might it be? Also I think my baba - who is a bit sick at the moment - is feeding better from the other breast
