Is it possible to express instead of bf for 2 weeks and maintain supply??

Basically, my 6month old DS has ongoing issues with reflux/ CMPI. As it stands, he is bf but I am totally dairy free, and he is 'weaned' but it is a pretty harrowing experience as most meals involve tears and are followed by him being in pain.
Latest advice from dietician is to cut out wheat, soya and eggs aswell. He isn't having these foods as solids anyway (so can't see how it will help with his weaning...) BUT I am. My question is, do people thing it will be possible to switch him over to Neocate formula, which he tolerates a bottle of in the evening, full time for 2 weeks to really see if cutting everything out makes a difference?
My concerns are that I won't be able to maintain a decent supply as he feeds so much at night. Also, how much/many feeds would a nearly 7 month old realistically need? Work is looming on the horizon anyway, so if I switched over to formula in the day it wouldn't be the end of the world, but my worry at the moment is the thought of making up bottles at god-awful hours of the night! I think he feeds a lot to help with his reflux pain, so am a bit hesitant to try not feeding him at night as I suspect it will be a screamathon!
Sorry I am rambling...any suggestions welcome :)

Yes, you can do this but you will need to express a lot, prob every 3 hours. As long as you maintain your supply it will increase again once your baby can feed. Good luck

Re the reflux...no. But the Docs are not really coming up with many other suggestions! He is definitely WORSE when I do eat anything with dairy in, and still produces pretty acidic voms even on omeprazole. Another suggestion is eosinophilic esophagitis, but they will be doing an endoscopy/ barium swallow if this restrictive diet doesn't help. Is just constant second guessing though!!
Thanks for advice re 3 hrly expressing!
