Changed baby from Cow & Gate Comfort to Cow & Gate 1

Hi,

I put my baby on Cow and Gate Comfort when she was about 4 weeks as she wasn't happy with the SMA milk and got very windy.

She has been fine ever since then but the other day the store was out of the Comfort so I go the Cow & Gate 1.

Anyway I fed it to her this morning and she seems a bit fussy now. She looks really tired but just wont sleep. Iv tried everything like feeding, comforting and changing nappy etc.

Could it be the change of milk?

I didnt think there would be a problem as she is 4 months now and a lot of the ingredients are the same and its same brand.

Any ideas?

It might be the milk - she may also be slightly hungry too. I think (may be wrong!) but the comfort milk is thicker than the '1' stuff, so maybe fills her up more? Try giving her another 2oz.

comfort milk has less lactose in it than normal formula so it could be the change of milk that has caused the problem.
