5week old chomping in teat and not sucking

Hi ladies, looking for advice... my twins were born at 36 weeks and bottle fed from the word go. They took to it with no problems. After two weeks my smallest twin started being difficult with her feeds, by just chomping on the teat like she would if she were on the breast. She has never been breast fed and it can at times take up to an hour if not more to feed her, which with twins is far from ideal. And it appears to be getting worse. Has anyone encountered this? Know anyway of snapping them out of this phase? Or is it just a case of perserverence? Any help would be gratefully recieved from a desperate, sleep deprived mum.

Just bumping for you. I thought this was normal with some ff babies but I could be wrong.
