DS has been BF to date, just gave him about 60ml of expressed milk by bottle which he drank with gusto. he has since (an hour or so) been very lethargic though not very sleepy, has thrown up repeatedly and has a belly that's blown up like a tight balloon.
doesn't want to burp/fart and hasn't had a decent poo all day.
should i be worrying?
he's also got a cold and been having trouble breathing due to mucus.
i'm such a newbie to this that everything's a worry
any help appreciated
