Getting breastfed baby to sleep in a cot?

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get 1 year old baby to sleep in a cot? I normally feed her to sleep and she sleeps in our bed but now I''m wondering how other mums transfer their babies to the cot asleep or put them in and get them to sleep somehow from the other side? I don't really want to put her in a cot but I'm starting to think she may sleep loads better if she's not in our bed. SHe's really sensitive to us moving or even just being awake. Our presence seems to stimulate her not sooth her to sleep!

Have you tried it?? My dd was 6 months and we had co slept till then. I thought there was no way i was ever going to get her into cot as i fed her to sleep lying down.
I got a comfy chair next to her cot and tried it one night. Fed her to sleep sitting up then gently stood up and put her in cot whilst still attached to boob and gently unlatched her whilst lowering her down.
She slept thru the night from that night onwards!! Try it. You might be surprised!

macro if you google askdrsears bed to crib, an article should come up with a few tips.

Agree with feek, we keep a comfy chair by the bed until the night feeds stopped.
