Can I take paracetamol while breastfeeding when I've already given ds calpol

Ds 15weeks had his jags yesterday and has had a bit of a temperature etc. so I have given him 2.5 mls calpol. I was given the flu vaccine at the same time and have a banging headache. Can I take paracetamol without it going into my milk and overdosing ds?
Sorry if I'm being paranoid. He's not even my first baby...
