Does anyone find antibiotics make baby behave differently?

I'm taking a 7 day course of fluconazole for mastitis. DS (14 weeks and EBF) seems more and more fussy and difficult to feed. Could be the mastitis itself, but I thought maybe an effect of the antibiotics. Poor little thing just couldn't settle last night and would sleep for a few minutes then wake again. And nights have been mostly good for us!

My Ds is now 17 but anti biotics always made him hyper. Even when he was 13 and had plain white tablets he has bounced round the room.

He's just sprouted two teeth today. Could well explain last night's unhappiness! Poor tiny thing.
