i'm going away for a couple of nights for a friends wedding -ideally I would like a glass of fizz (or several...).

my dd will be about 20wks old and ebf.

we were thinking budget hotel(travel lodge) and probably a family room, do rooms even have fridge/mini-bars these days? could i ask the hotel to keep it in a fridge, would it be safe?

help?!!!

I think you can request a fridge at travel lodge, not sure if there's an extra cost.

Otherwise, do you have an electric coolbox/minifridge? They're quite effective.

A decent cool box? Are you talking about taking previously frozen stores, or are you leaving her so collecting to take back?

you could buy a mini fridge and take it with you. Argos sell them

Mini fridges are very cheap now for a basic one. I have known hotels let you use their fridges.

thanks ladies!

i wanted to take frozen as we're going on the Thursday but need the milk for Saturday... i think a freezer is unlikely. guess I'll check what the hotel can provide and if all else fails only have a glass or two!

Chances are a glass or two will be enough, as it has probably been a while. I would happily use a cool bag if milk is frozen. It is pretty good stuff for keeping anyway. Not like formula or cows milk. Have a good time!
