Wow! 4 months EBF. I can't believe we made it!

Hope it's okay to have a little boast.

I just realised that in this last week, in the madness of starting back at work full time as a work-at-home-mum, we passed DD's 4-month birthday and thus 4 months of exclusive breast feeding.

If you'd asked me in the first few weeks if this would be true, I'm not sure I would have believed you... I'm so glad we persevered through both of our (many) problems to make it here.

I now fully expect to make it to 6 months EBF and to continue to BF for as long as makes sense for us. :)

And also thanks to everyone on this board who was so helpful and supportive to a (panicked and desperate) new Mum :)

Boast away

It's a good feeling Smile

Yeah, feel free to boast, you've done a very great job so far Smile.

Thanks! :)

I just watched a video of DD from just before we figured out she had TT -- she was so skinny! So glad I have a happy, chubby baby now. And amazed it all came from me :)

That is so lovely and well done to both of you on overcoming TT Smile.

Congratulations!

My ds has just passed the 4 month mark (yesterday) as well and was diagnosed with TT at around 3.5 weeks - we were unable to bf until he had it dealt with at 4.5 weeks and have been ebf since then.

I'm so proud of my ds - it's a great feeling isn't it?
