12.5 mo still feeding 3 hourly all night and I'm exhausted!

DD is 12.5 mo and has bf on demand from the start. She's never slept through or anything close and I've always gone with it. A few months back she started sleeping for longer stretches and was feeding maybe 5 hourly overnight, and it was usually just a quick comfort feed then back to sleep. But she now seems to have gone back to full 20 minute feeds 3 hourly from bedtime at 7pm to getting up time (which used to be 7am but now seems to be around 5.45am). I'm a little worried that this means she's not eating enough during the day but although she did seem to have lost her appetite a little a few weeks back she seems back to normal now. She also bfs regularly through the day. I didn't (and still don't really) want to wean her but let her self wean but I am exhausted and don't know how much longer I can go on like this. We were cosleeping, which helped a lot with the tiredness but now she is too wriggly and we all sleep better when she's in her cot. Any suggestions? Or can anyone tell me it will get better?

What does she eat/drink apart from BM? Will she drink from a bottle/sippy cup? You could try offering water when she wakes at night...

She has 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, won't take a bottle (never has) and although she'll drink water from a sippy cup won't have more than a couple of sips of milk from one. We've offered water and milk in a cup in the night but they usually both get refused and the screams get louder!
