Ebf baby - large lumps in poo

Dd2 is 19 weeks and ebf.

The 'bits' in her poo have always been much larger than the seeds normally mentioned but recently they have become enormous, the size of a large garden pea.

She has been on omeprazole for two weeks and I have been dairy free for two weeks. Related?

Anyone seen this before? Is it ok/normal?!

So, now, three weeks of dairy free in she finally has 'seeds'! I am guessing the large chunks were connected to her presumed cmpi.
