Breast tenderness and leakage but no longer breastfeeding?

I'm not sure if I should have posted this in general health topic?

I finished breastfeeding dc (at 2 yrs) over a year ago. However, I've noticed a pain (I thought I'd bruisded myself somehow) in just one breast over the last couple of days, and a feeling of bumpiness/hardness, if that makes sense, not lumps. Not too dissimilar to the feeling when there is a build-up of milk for some reason, a feed overdue or some such. And sure enough, on squeezing (sorry for the detail) there is what looks like watery milk and fluid.

Is this normal? Any advice would be appreciated. I feel a little worried, though have had slight leaking rarely, but without the tenderness etc.

*bruised, not bruisded.
