I took some expressed breast milk out of the fridge about 7930 pm, how long is it ok to stay out for before it goes 'bad' if I don't use for a feed? I (ds still asleep!!)
also, there was 20mls of milk left from last feed, at about 8pm,can he finish that off if it's not reheated?
