URGENT Help needed: I'm looking after a 12 weeks old who is EBF, but I have no BM!

Hi everyone, my friend is a single mum with 2 children. Her eldest has had to go into hospital (nothing super serious, but needs an op tomorrow) and I am looking after the baby who I know really well and I'm not at all bothered about the care aspect.

However, the baby is EBF and mum only has 6oz expressed in the freezer which I will use at some point tonight. The baby can take a bottle but has never taken formula. I've got some Apimail and Infacol just incase (although not sure it does anything, but baby has had it before so wont do any harm).

I can pop the baby down to have feeds if she refuses the formula, but this would be a logistical nightmare, we're all hoping she will drink the formula. If she does take it, is there a way I should be using the bottle to ensure the babies latch isn't affected when mum comes back? Hopefully I wont have the baby past 4pm tomorrow but we don't know for sure.

Any help/guidance would be very much appreciated.

PS> if it matters the bottles are NUK ones with nipple bumpy type teats, like these I think.

I'm no expert and hopefully someone who is will come along soon, but I think I'd take baby to mum to feed rather than giving the bottle at all. It might be a bit of a nightmare, but it's only short term and might prevent any issues long term. I would also think that at some point mum will get rather engorged and uncomfortable if she doesn't feed or express so it would be in both their interests to carry on as normal.
