Painful twitchy leg cramps - related to feeding?

I'm ebf my 5mo baby and recently started getting v bad leg cramps and restless legs which are worse in the evenings and especially bad during night feeds. Could they be related and have you any suggestions of ways to ameliorate them?

it's most likely because you're sitting still for long periods at a time.

does it get better if you stand up and walk around afterwards?

are you drinking lots of water etc?

and is your DH rubbing your legs for you?

Walking doesn't help particularly. I drink a good amount puds water and dh runs my legs if he's awake and in bed with me, though he sleeps in the other room if he needs an undisturbed night, so is not alway on hand unfortunately as that really helps, albeit only temporarily

i think you need to see your doctor then - esp as it doesn't get better when you walk around. Confused

Might be worth a mention then.

Sorry about the dodgy auto corrects. Was bouncing a grizzly baby up and down sy the same time!
