I need to lose some weight!! So have started on weightwatchers but am getting too hungry on the normal amount of points, and I know bfing uses up calories. But how many extra points should I give myself enough to account for bfing yet still to lose weight?
I can't ask my leader cos I do WW at home, and my subscription ran out ages ago! And I know slimming world accounts for bfing, but DH does WW so its easier to stay on the same diet. Can anyone help me?
Oh, and ds is on a growth spurt at the moment (he's 4mths) and I'm starving - I guess cos he's feeding every 3 hrs for about 1-1.5hrs! so what do I do then?? I've ended up binging on chocolate which can't be good
