Struggling to get to take bottle

We are struggling to get DS to take a bottle at 14weeks he is currently breastfed and have been trying to get him to take one feed a day of expressed milk. We started using tommee tippee bottles which he was fine with up until about 10 weeks. Now he starts wailing as soon as he sees the bottle and it is a battle every evening which is not good for any of us. I have tried a special medela bottle (calma) which is meant to simulate the breast without luck. Also we have tried different people giving the bottle with me not there with no luck. Has anyone had similar experience and have any tips? Should I be doing this everyday to encourage it or only when I leave him with someone else? I am concerned as I will be sending him to nursery in Oct and need him to take a bottle by then. Please help.

Hi-sorry, not much help here but our DS started refusing bottles of EBM at exactly the same age and it's been breast only since then. He's almost 10mo now. We've been training him to use a beaker for water and milk going forwards. My returning to work is something I worry about but do think he will be okay given current solids and water intake with breast feeds morning and before bed...

Meant to say do keep trying... We only tried to get him back on the bottle from time to time... Every few days... And this was part of the prob I think. I think it helps to keep trying with different teats and bottles. We almost got there with "breast flow" bottles which also ate meant to simulate the boob. Bought them from amazon, it's frustrating and the waste of breast milk can be hard but I think it'd be worth persevering if you can get them back on a bottle. I've basically been on call and around non stop for the past few months boob wise. It's relaxed a little since weaning which is great but does make you realise that it's basically you and boob or a bit of a fight before anything else...

Thanks for this we will keep trying it is just so hard as it gets us all upset and I know that if I just feed him on the breast all will be good. Will have a go with the breast flow bottles :)
