I took medication before pregnancy for high blood pressure. Throughtout pregnancy and up till a couple of months ago blood pressure ok. Now it is up significantly. Still breast feeding. GP wants to monitor it. Said there was one brand of medication could possibly take as only doing 2 breast feeds a day - still a small chance of toxicity to baby. DD is 13 months - don't want to be forced to give up bf. Anyone have a similar problem or offer advice?
