Breastfeeding, reflux and dairy free question

I went dairy and soy free (strictly) for a month following an episode of muscousy poos in my then 2mo DD, and to see if it would help her reflux. The poos improved but there didn't seem much difference in the reflux. I reintroduced dairy three weeks ago and didn't see any adverse impact but in the last few days DD has been extremely sicky- much more so than normal. Does anyone know if this could be a delayed reaction to the build up of dairy in my milk, or would I have noticed the impact straight away. Could it just be her reflux getting worse? I've read somewhere that it peaks around 4 months (dd fast approaching). Thanks!

I had to stop all dairy while breastfeeding my DS due to his dairy intolerance.
In his case the reaction to the dairy was always pretty instant.
He stopped being sick about 24 hours after I cut it from my diet. After that, if I ate a small amount, like pizza with cheese or something, he was always a little sick the same day or the following day. I never saw a reaction more delayed than that.
