Hi, my ds is just approaching 11 months and still nursing quite frequently, this morning I thought my AF had returned but have started to wonder If it's just spotting?
It was def preceded by extremely sore nipples and a day of ewcm a week or two ago but it's really light. I have def got the usual type cramps I used to get though.
What was anyone else's first period like? Does this sound normal or do you think it's just spotting and my body gearing up to it?
