Weight Watchers / Slimming World - okay to do when breastfeeding?

I know you cannot do these diets when pregnant due to the baby needing the nutrition, but havent seen anything that says you can / cant do it when breastfeeding. My DD is nearly 20 weeks and I am thinking of starting WW again, but wanted to know whether the diet could affect my milk?
TIA!

having done both, I would say that since they both are really are healthy eating plan than a diet, either of them would be good. IMO though, the Slimming World seems to offer more variety and gives breastfeeding Mums 2 more "Healthy extras" from each group per day, so you wouldn't have to restrict yourself at all.
