milk - in and out of fridge

If I warmed up breastmilk out of the fridge in a warm water bath to get it to room temperature but DS took only half, is it safe to put back in the fridge and use for next feed?

I would say not.

Yes, you can but it should be used at the next feeding, see at the bottom here after the warming section:
