I heard of this a while back which gives you information on how bf benefits the baby as time goes by. day 1, 1 week, 1 month etc.

There's an NCT factsheet with that info on pigletmania.

Could that be what you mean?

This one?

pigletmania · 02/05/2012 12:38

yes crikey thats the one, thanks [gives] me incentive to keep on pumping for ds, due to a rocky start bf, ds unable to latch as he has nipple confusion and prefrres the bottle. Three months on I find myself pumping and supplementing with formula if thats nt enough

You're welcome. Sounds like you're doing a brilliant thing for DS. Smile

It was exactly that sheet (stuck on my fridge and looked at by me several times per day) that made helped me keep feeding DD who is now 7.5m old

i found the first 5 months really hard, but always just wanted to make it to the "next" one

I am so pleased.... she is 7.5, and i now LOVE BFing... I am so pleased i carried on, and im not sure i would have without looking at that!

That and info about virgin guts, which stopped me giving her any formula at all in those earlier months / weeks

she has never had formula Smile
