Leaving DD (11 months) for the day

DD1 has an appointment in hospital when DD2 will be 11 months. We want to leave DD2 at home with my mother so we can concentrate on what the consultant will tell us.
DD2 still feeds 4 times a day (and during the night too!!). Would it matter to her (or to me and my supply) if she missed the 2 middle feeds and just had the morning and evening ones? She's great for eating and has 3 good meals a day.

Btw should she have "dropped" those 2 feeds anyway at that stage???

Thanks!

Well ds is much older and still has as many if not more feeds. They are all different!

Your supply will be robust by this point and should be fine. Plenty of people would be back at work around this age and feed morning and evening some days but more at weekends.

Make sure your mum has plenty of milk or water available so dd2 can drink when she feels like it. And prepare to be pinned down by dd2 when you get in the door!

Hope you get good news from the consultant.
