I'm getting weird 'hot pins' pain throughout my left breast during and slightly after DD nurses. Is this the let down pain that I've heard about? It's getting worse. At first I thought it was just her nails digging into my boob, but now it is clear it is elsewhere and much more painful.
It is weird in that this is the 'bad side' - had mastitis worse and only just started dripping today, whereas the other breast has been dripping for days as we're working on increasing my supply. No feeling yet from the 'good side'.
And if it is, does it get better? I'm only just getting to less painful nursing due to fissures/cracks, and now this...
