Hi I was messaging at the weekend - but unfortunately with the start of term and two other dds to deal with I have been to busy to contact anyone and thank them for the wonderful advice and support that was offered to me over the weekend. I am still keeping going - although regularly contemplate stopping.

I am now down to nine expressions a day and get about 650 - 700 mls a day - am really pleased.... Thanks for the advice about increasing supply in Expressing. Thanks for the advice about turning the pump down - it has worked a treat...
Iam still having pain in right boob and have been told it is not thrush by Dr Wendy JOnes and my local infant feeding consultant... Instead there seems to be a possibility of a kinked duct that may be causing all of the problems - although I am currently not believing anything and trying to keep an open mind. As a result I have stopped taking horrid Fluconazole and upon Wendy's advice am taking Acidophillis in a very high dose to try to prevent any build up of thrush at all....

Thanks again - and speak soon

K

Kirsty - I am so glad things are better for you and you are experiencing less pain. All the best and hope this continues Grin
