is my 10 month old getting enough milk?

He breastfeeds every morning and night. I offer during the day but he refuses that now. When my MIL looks after him the 2 days I work she gives him a cup of formula. Im wondering if I should give him a formula in the day now as well. What do you think?

You dont mention his diet. Does he have milk on his cereal in the mornings? Eat any cheese, yoghurt, beans, green veg or other calcium rich foods?

At 10 months old 2 milk feeds a day, provided they are getting enough calcium in their diet is enough.
