Dd aged 1 feeds around 3 times a day, how often to express when away!

Away for 3 nights. Thought I would need to express this morning but I don't. Should I do it anyway? Don't want to fill up my boobs but I don't get home until Monday and don't want my milk to stop.

Fine in the end, it was clear when I needed to express and my milk didn't stop
