Expressing breast milk at work - shower room

I'm pregnant and a colleague is about to return from mat leave. We've been discussing the room offered to my colleague for expressing milk when she's back. It's a clean and tidy shower room that you access through the client toilets in our office. The shower room has a separate door so there are two doors between the shower room and the loos. Is that okay from a health and safety perspective? The facilities manager has said that he can put a chair in the shower room without issue and there are already surfaces there for fiddling about with bottles and the like.

Sounds great to me Smile

As long as no-one will be banging on the door wanting a shower! Don't know how long it takes her to express - seems to take me forever to express a tiny amount, but she might be quicker.

Is it currently used as a shower room?

If so, and people wouldn't consider it a hygenic place to eat their own food, it's not suitable for expressing milk.
