Please remind me when my baby will have growth spurts

Just snuggling with my week old DD Smile and have suddenly remembered the 'pleasure' of growth spurts and the saggy, empty boobs, being pinned to the sofa by a suckling baby. Can you remind me roughly when to expect them? I have a feeling the first one isn't far away

Thanks

3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months.

And whenever the hell they like in between.

Enjoy snuggling your little one Smile

Thanks, so I have (hopefully) a couple of weeks to stockpile cake before the first one Grin

No evidence whatsoever for predictable growth spurts - not a scrap, really :)

If there was, growth curves on charts would have spikes.

All babies grow individually, with slows and speedings-up normal, and with periods where they feed more often than before happening at any time:)

Ah, so I just need to have cake on hand at all times, just in case ...

About right :)

You might be lucky. I spent weeks waiting for my 11 week old to have one and he just didn't. The nearest he got was yesterday, when he fed pretty much continuously from 12pm to 7pm and then slept brilliantly at night.
