11 month old feeding like a new born

DS has had a d&V bug which seams better now. He is eating solid food again with gusto. However he is feeding like a new born I'm talking cluster feeds in the evening, 45min feeds instead of just quick snacks, waking as soon as the nipple i removed from his mouth so having naps on me.

I'm not sure what I'm asking really. When will it get better?

I've been sick too so am pretty tired and grumpy.

Maybe i just need a winge.

My 10mo is doing the same. He also had a bug and is now eating like crazy. Only he is teething on top of that as well. He is waking up every 1.5 hours at night and wouldn't stop crying until he gets the breast. I do think he is doing it not so much for the milk as for the comfort and having something to rub his gums on. Unfortunately, i can't offer any advice but at least it's good to know you're not alone.
