Just wondered if any MN-ers who live in the London borough of Brent might also be attending the 'Promoting Breastfeeding' event at Brent Town Hall on Thursday?
I'm definitely going - keynote speakers include Kate Evans (who wrote The Food of Love). I don't quite know what the aim and purpose of the event is, but if it's an opportunity to feed back on NHS BF support in the borough then I'm keen to be there!
It's open to Brent residents, parents, HV's, midwives, PCT staff, community and voluntary groups, so if you didn't get an invite and would be interested to attend their email is: [email protected]
