DS2's fun trick of the week

DS2 has come up with a worse BF habit than biting. He takes my book! And sometimes hits me with it.

If I've got more than one book in the bed, I can generally cope, but this is more than a bit annoying. I think it's worse than the stand on my head phase of a few weeks back.

NQC - my DS has the habit of poking me in the eye or nose either with his fingers or his teddy which he has to play with when he is breastfeeding !!
He also hurls the teddy around with his arm or leg and manages to deliberatly throw it to the floor at least 3 times which means I have to bend down and pick it up again or he will refuse to feed ! Only thing that makes it fun is DS big toothy grins and giggles so at least HE is having fun ...

NQC - my mind is still trying to get around the upside-down feeding I am so impressed! Ds pinches my book too. And if he thinks I am not paying him enough attention he scratches my side with his underneath arm or tickles my armpit...

Oh, I normally get given anything DS2 is holding when we start feeding, at least for the going-to-sleep feeds. He doesn't do that in the morning, though.

I really don't mind lying in bed for half an hour, reading, while he feeds. But if he takes my book off me, it's considerably less fun.

Oh, forgot to add, a friends DD4 used to hum songs for her mum while feeding.

DS plays with the necklace I made. But his other hand is used to squeeze and scratch at my spare tyre round my waist!
