Pain in breast - what to do?

My DS is 8 weeks and is exclusively bf. or the last few hours I've had a pain in my left breast. It wasn't engorged, and it also wasn't that long since DS had a feed.
I'm trying to work out what kind of pain it is, but I'm a bit rubbish! It's from the top edge of the nipple and extends upwards, the sides and the bottom seem ok. I can't find any lumps and it's not red. Feeding is REALLY painful. my left arm feels a bit funny but that may be in my head...
I've got a cool pack in my bra at the moment. Anyone know what it is, possibly a blocked duct? And what do I do about it?

Ta!

Does this help any? You could also try calling one of the breastfeeding helplines.

What ever it is I hope you find a resolution soon.
