My 12 week old DS is EBF and until now has had very normal mustard coloured runny BF poo that smells not a world away from yeasty bread, definitely not unpleasant anyway.
He's had a nasty cold all week and his nappies have been rancid! Same consistency, colour and frequency but sooo stinky! Can being ill cause that?
