is it worth taking fenugreek during growth spurt?

just that. ds v fussy while cluster feeding tonight. he's nearly 12 wks.

personally i dont think you need to - if you are responding to his feeding cues you will make enough milk without needing to take anything to encourage it

do you have low supply issues generally?

its hard going, i remember it so well, but it is normal and your body is designed to deal with it and respond to his changing needs Smile

i mean its unlikely to do any actual harm, but its not really necessary imo

had issues with dd so am constantly worried, tho he has a good patterm in the day so i assume he gets enough. just keen to help things along and am really praying cl feeds will ease up a bit in next few wks.

Really, he'll ease up. Evening cluster feeding is draining but if he is more chilled during the day, gaining weight and generally bright eyed and bushy tailed its nothing to worry about.
